Assistant Account Executive

Responsibilities include:

  • Project/Client Management
    • Follows up on responsibilities independently
    • Manages assigned  projects with minimal supervision
    • Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness and attempts to work through obstacles on own before seeking assistance

Billing Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and execute all client billing in accordance with client contract and scope-of-work documents
  • Ensure proper cash flow through timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
  • Monitor project financials for budget adherence
  • Lead Account Management through financial meetings and discussions
  • Maintain complete and organized files for both internal and external audits
  • Perform reconciliation reports for client accounts as needed
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Prepare various ad hoc reports, as needed
  • Keep Controller and SVP, Finance informed of any client related issues that arise

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years proven client accounting experience (marketing agency and/or pharma experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Superior customer service to internal and external clients
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with Workamajig software a plus.

Education:

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business or related field.

Campaign Integration Manager

Position description:

The responsibility of the Campaign Integration Manager (CIM) is to serve as liaison to client brands and consult on marketing campaigns which are executed through internal partners and external vendors. This requires a high proficiency in the understanding of operational dependencies within the lifecycle of a campaign across stakeholders and contributing partners. The CIM acts as the operations advocate on daily business in order to execute efficiently and timely and anticipates and resolves issues as they arise. The CIM consults with the extended teams to identify changes in workflow, methodologies, and specifications as related to campaign enablement and execution. The CIM is responsible for ensuring process & timeline compliance for all campaigns, determining steps and setting expectations for successful program launch and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years project management experience AND have a minimum of 2 years multichannel campaign integration experience (overlap is acceptable) in one of the following three areas:
    • Campaign operations with in a RM agency
    • Operations with in a pharmaceutical advertising agency overseeing multichannel initiatives
    • Operations with in a pharmaceutical company executing multichannel initiatives
  • Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical environment and standard requirements and processes (Having experience in running both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical campaigns is considered a plus)
  • Project management process discipline and documentation
  • Ability to manage and integrate internal and external team members
  • Collaborative, driven, positive attitude
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Project and other database or project management applications
  • Certified PMP or PgMP is preferred but not required
  • Experience and proficiency in strategic thinking and ability to strategize with multiple disciplines in order to develop comprehensive RM campaigns is preferred but not required

Senior Vice President - West Coast

Position description:

We are hiring a Senior Vice President, Account Director – West Coast

Responsibilities include:

  • Overall leadership of west coast office, with primary responsibility for our existing Genentech client
  • Contribution to company business plans and strategy as a key member of the management team
  • Manage revenue under their span of control in the $5M+ range with increased responsibility for growing and managing client relationships
  • Manage account and cross-functional agency teams initially for NJ Headquarters
  • Oversight of business plans, account plans and staffing plans for west coast office
  • Travel between California and NJ home office required once to twice a quarter

Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of agency experience, consumer/patient strategic marketing experience
  • Oncology experience a must
  • Start-up or demonstrated entrepreneurial experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Previous P&L responsibility
  • Experience in cross-channel delivery of pharmaceutical marketing programs
