Account Coordinator

Position description:

Our account coordinators work hand in hand with our clients to optimize their marketing resources to achieve better outcomes for their brands and for patients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle meeting/conference scheduling and coordination of all needed materials
  • Compose and submit project/program inquiries and other paperwork for Account Executive(s)
  • Provide project management support to account executives
  • Create presentations, correspondence and any other necessary materials
  • Prepare and distribute materials for med/legal reviews
  • Liaise with clients regularly to communicate project changes, updates, billing etc.
  • Support other department activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Entry level with 1+ years experience
  • Four year degree in Marketing preferred

Account Supervisor

Position description:

Due to business growth, we are hiring an Account Supervisor to provide strategic leadership and foster client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operational and financial leadership on one or more pieces of business, oversight of marketing budgets of $1MM+
  • Independently managing clients and day-to-day projects
  • Ensuring all tactics are strategically aligned
  • Overseeing an internal cross-functional team - managing individual jobs
  • Supervising and developing junior account staff
  • Helping to grow existing client business

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of marketing management experience at a healthcare advertising agency or pharmaceutical company; focus on consumer/patient marketing preferred
  • Deep knowledge of direct-to-patient/CRM marketing; including strategy, tactical development and measurement of comprehensive online/offline programs
  • Experience with marketing Rx brands. Especially relevant: Oncology, diabetes or black box warning drugs
  • Ability to travel to west coast for client meetings (1-2x/monthly)

Director of Marketing Analytics

Position description:

The Director of Marketing Analytics serves as the internal lead for analytics expertise and educates internal staff and clients on patient-level analytics and measurement best practices and strategic offerings within a healthcare communications company.  The Director of Marketing Analytics will plan and measure the success of patient programs including enrollment, treatment initiation and adherence metrics. The Director of Marketing Analytics supports current client business through strategic consulting, ROI and business case modeling, data analysis and reporting/data visualization.  In this role, the Director of Marketing Analytics will also contribute to organic growth and new business development by differentiating the agency based on our Return on Education™ point of difference.  

Responsibilities include:

Client service and business development
  • Guide clients and internal teams in defining measurement strategy and metric plans/KPIs for accounts based on business, educational and behavioral objectives
  • Develop and implement predictive forecasting models (eg, ROI or program enrollment), persistency curves, match-back analyses, and qualitative/quantitative methodologies
  • Analyze program performance  and present findings with relevant business recommendations
  • Develop data-driven business case studies and partner with account leads to pitch new business
  • Liaise with analytics clients to ensure pull-through of metrics, data capture and analysis
  • Research and recommend appropriate analytics resources and strategic vendor partnerships needed to best deliver on business needs
 
Analytics thought leadership
  • Staying abreast of recent trends in analytics, pharmaceutical market business cases, reporting practices, and measurement tools in the patient marketing landscape
  • Conceive, develop and train internal staff on new analytics service offerings
  • Partner with staff health educators to integrate marketing metrics with educational and behavioral metrics

Qualifications:

Position title (Director or Manager) is based on candidate’s level of experience and part-time or freelance arrangements will be considered
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in analytics and measurement planning for consumer or patient marketing initiatives
  • In-depth experience supporting analytics for relationship marketing (RM) measurement and Web/search analytics initiatives that include both online and offline communications
  • Pharmaceutical marketing analytics experience with patient data a must; non-healthcare consumer marketing and/or consumer behavior change analysis experience a plus
  • Hands-on experience with SPSS, web analytics tools (e.g. WebTrends, Omniture) and Internet research tools
  • Strategic thinker/problem solver who balances both analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Proven ability to assess marketing problems, devise solutions and educate clients and team members about approach
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, communication/presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate strategic ideas and theoretical constructs in concrete ways for clients and other team members
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills. Knows how to manage own time and tasks effectively

Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. MBA or equivalent a plus.

Senior Copywriter

Position description:

Reporting to the Copy Director, the Senior Copywriter will develop patient education materials across all forms of media (print, online, video). The individual will work closely with internal teams on assigned brands, participate in medical/legal reviews, revise manuscripts, and review layouts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years agency experience developing patient- and consumer-focused pharmaceutical marketing/advertising materials that drive positive behavior change among the target audience
  • Ability to work with moderate direction
  • Writing style needs to be engaging, empathetic, and supportive and must reflect an understanding of patients’ emotional state
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to think and write on the fly in medical/legal meetings (in-person and via dial-in)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player, as collaboration is key to our success; able to work effectively across constituencies
